What an awesome place. The beach and beach access was great, pool was perfectly situated, area was well kept, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The condo was perfect, clean, and well maintained. The other owners and guests were friendly and inviting. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a minute.
Condos are clean and spacious. Property allows instant access to Crescent Beach. Association has its own area on the beach. Large umbrellas are available. Good beach chairs / lounges. If you can find a rental it's big bucks but well worth the dollars.
The folks at sand piper are the best. As for the resort itself, the rooms are roomy and nicely decorated and very comfortable and quiet. Once you drive in and park your car, there will be no need to get back in it because everything you want and need is in walking distance. Very well equipped workout room, and recreation room, beautiful pool and hot tub, then you have the beautiful white sandy beach with sunsets to love. Directly off the pool. We will definitely be coming back. Ten stars from us. The photo was taken on the beach.
My family owns a 2 week time share here for about the last 10 years. This is a very nice well run and well maintained place. The pool is on the small side, but it also has a nice Jacuzzi. A short walk down the boardwalk and you are at the beach. We have been trying for years to buy another 2 weeks at the same time of year, but sales are rare. You can make your own conclusions from that. Some owners will rent out their units, so it is possible to stay here without the time share obligation.
Been going here ever since I was a kid. My parents have been going here since they were kids and we all still go back every summer. I have always loved the trip and although there are some things that need to be replaced (Game room, Tennis/Basketball court, Workout room), I still love staying here. It gives me a relaxing, fun, amazing week in the summer. Would recommend to anyone wanting to just relax on the beach and swim in a pool.
Owners are really nice and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, the location is amazing, quiet and private. Definitely a place I would return to. My only complaint is that the rented beach furniture was only usable during office hours.
